It’s only 8:30 am Monday morning, but I’ve already been awake for 2 hours since Doug got up in a jolt this morning when his alarm didn’t go off.  As he rushed to get dressed and ready, I came downstairs to prepare his lunch.

Thursday is almost over and I feel like this is my first time today to truly sit & be quiet.  My morning ritual was pretty much the same but only a shortened version as this morning was our first “Abide” ladies group at church for 2008.

Today flew by so fast and I hardly can recall where my day went.

The morning was a little slow at getting started, although I got out of bed at my usual time.  I began reading Exodus this morning while having my morning cup ‘o tea (Cream of Earl Grey).  I showered in the morning (which I usually don’t do - I usually try & shower at night now so my hair can dry on it’s own without the blow dryer …. that way I don’t dry it out too much with the blow dryer AND the flat iron.  I would scare you silly if you saw my “natural” look - hee hee).
